California Senate Health Hearing on SB 810, 4/15/2009
SB 810 passed the Senate Health Committee -- its first legislative hurdle – on a 7-4 “party line” vote. This is reported on the Senate Health Committee's site and here.
Our Medical Student Fellow, Parker Duncan, representing both CaHPSA and CaPA, was selected by the bill's author, California Senator Mark Leno to deliver one of two official “testimonies.”
